The Garagista Sagas
The hardscrabble frontier of human space exploration
The Garagista Sagas is a connected universe of space-themed stories set in the hardscrabble frontier of human space expansion. Garagista — from garage and -ista — is the spirit of the thing: FTL travel was reverse-engineered from alien wrecks, regulations are loose, and ships are held together with scrap, nerve, and know-how. Ordinary people become extraordinary through necessity.
The universe has deep history — intelligent dinosaurs that fled to the stars, the sinking of Atlantis, and in the modern era alien first contact, orbital rings, and space elevators rising over a jury-rigged age of expansion. Every story stands alone, but the events and the people carry across the tales.
As with every StoryTime universe, the stories are narrated and published as free audiobooks on the StoryTime — OpusRex YouTube channel — chapter by chapter, as they are finished.
